    Mariner Wealth Advisors, one of the top investment advisors in the country, is seeking candidates for a full-time Client Service Associate position in our Highlands Ranch, Colorado corporate office. The Client Service Associate is responsible for the administration of client services as it pertains to client interaction and management of accounts and financial plans.  The position is also responsible for the administrative duties for the assigned team.



    • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the firm’s financial planning and investment services.
    • Works independently, maintains relationships with an assigned group of new and existing clients.
    • Assists Wealth Advisors with coordinating and/or attending client calls, onsite meetings and discussions covering financial planning, insurance, investment strategy, account performance, and market developments.
    • Develops and updates financial plans and supplemental client reports for client meetings, as well as assists Wealth Advisors with client data research and internal projects.
    • Assists in the creation of client communications.
    • Assists in maintaining the meetings calendar and manage the process of preparing and requesting the documents necessary for client meetings (one pagers, presentations, etc).
    • Manage any special requests or projects either client directed or directed by another team.

    New Accounts / Existing Client Base

    • Works closely with trading, operations and compliance to coordinate all aspects of client onboarding and ongoing account support, for an assigned group of new and existing clients.
    • Reviews IAA contracts and investment policy statements for updates and amendments as needed 
    • Serves as the back-up for other CSA’s in the office
    • Provide administrative support to existing clients.
    • Arrange and participate in calls and/or client meetings, and respond to incoming emails, calls and meeting requests.


    • Assist in distributing monthly/quarterly reports, quarterly letters, and other client communications.
    • Assist in the production and review of informative fact sheets for meetings with clients, consultants and prospects.


    • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Finance) required
    • Past experience with financial planning preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
    • Financial planning software skills preferred including EMoney, as well as Excel proficiency.
    • Demonstrated competence and judgment with confidential or private information.
    • Excellent organizational skills; ability to initiate, plan, prioritize and conduct multiple projects successful.
    • Able to work with limited supervision; self-motivated; detail oriented; good interpersonal skills; and adaptable to change.
    • Ability to work under pressure and beyond standard hours during busy periods to meet tight deadlines.
