We are seeking candidates for an Account Manager – Retirement Plan Solutions position in our Tulsa, OK office.


    • Manage new client implementation process
    • Development of Education Plan including enrollment meetings, education meetings and written communications
    • Provide enrollment and employee education support for retirement plan clients both on-site and via conference call/webcast
      • Schedule meetings (Quarterly and Semi-Annual)
      • Order appropriate materials
      • Delivery of education meetings and enrollment meetings
      • Handle all retirement plan participant phone/email inquiries
    • Conduct contract review meetings and plan investment review meetings with designated plan sponsors and trustees.
      • Prepare annual investment analysis and reviews
      • Delivery of periodic Retirement Plan Reviews
      • Prepare investment policy statements
      • Prepare quarterly investment analysis for specified key clients
    • Business Development Support
      • Prepare RFP analysis and sales presentations
      • Conduct Due Diligence Searches and RFPs
      • Prepare new client/prospect analysis (investments and provider)
      • Assist in the sales process through meetings, presentations, etc.
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Series 65 securities license (or qualifying substitute) or interest in obtaining
    • Open to a variety of experience levels, two or more years of related work experience in financial services and/or client service a plus
    • Positive attitude toward client relations to provide exceptional client service
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effective client relationships
    • Strong PC proficiency on various products including MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS Outlook
    • Desire to take initiative and add value in order to create a better client experience
    • Willing to go above-and-beyond to build a lasting client relationship
    • Ability to organize time and perform tasks with minimal direction
    • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Able to manage time effectively and multi-task
    • Able to work in a team environment
    • Able to travel, if needed
    • Deadline oriented
