    We are currently seeking candidates for the positions of Tax Manager in our Madison, NJ office.  The Tax Manager will work with the tax Partners and Managers in servicing high net worth individuals with a focus on Personal, Fiduciary, S-Corporation, Partnership, Private Foundation, and Gift tax returns.  This position will also assist in the development of other team members.


    • Manage and mentor a growing team of professionals, driving a high-degree of skill and expertise through client-centric service
    • Build and oversee internal and external relationships as it relates to service, planning, projects and compliance requirements of client accounts
    • Review tax returns, quarterly and annual income tax projections, estimated tax vouchers, extension forms and all related work papers and financial statements
    • Manage consulting/tax projects such as charitable giving calculations, private foundation minimum pay-outs, promissory note payments, amortization schedules and cost basis tracking of investments and other miscellaneous financial planning projects
    • Supervise research of technical matters for complex tax needs and updates to regulations
    • Present complete, timely and accurate client deliverables in an efficient manner
    • Maintain an understanding of relevant computer software applications 
    • Attend and participate in tax training opportunities to further knowledge and development
    • Comply to the Firm’s quality control standards


    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, licensed CPA
    • 7+ years of related experience, public or private tax/accounting
    • Creative problem solving, research skills
    • Able to manage conflicting priorities, deadline-based tasks and simultaneous projects
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel 
    • Familiarity with tax software programs
    • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal writing/verbal skills
    • Detail oriented, excellent organizational and analytical skills
    • High degree of client service to both internal and external customers
    • Self-starter, highly motivated to personal growth and development
    • Ability to work in a team, both locally and on a national level, while maintaining a high level of responsibility and accountability to individual projects and tasks
