    We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support two of our Senior Partners in our New York City, NY office.  This is a great opportunity to help support our rapidly growing firm.   


    • Prepare internal and external documents/ presentations
    • Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries
    • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
    • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
    • Prepare follow-up communication for internal and external meetings on behalf of the Directors
    • Present timely status updates on work-in-progress
    • Prepare for key meetings
    • Manage credit card coding and maintain appropriate documentation
    • Operate with complete confidentiality regarding all activities and meetings
    • Assist with personal errands as needed


    • At least 2 years of administrative experience at a professional environment
    • Business experience, preferably in financial services industry
    • Highly-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Results and action-oriented in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
    • Ability to work confidently within varying degrees of ambiguity
    • Strong judgment and confidence in decision making when appropriate
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and conflicting tasks
    • Project management
    • Must be willing to travel to other partner firms across the country
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts
    • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
