    The Human Resources Associate will coordinate and manage various processes aimed at providing consistently high service standards as a part of HR Business Partner team.  This position will support effective process execution and system management in several areas of HR including performance management, compensation, associate relations and off-boarding.  This position has a dedication to the effective communication and exceptional cultural experience of all associates. The HR Associate also collaborates with peers in the areas of benefits, payroll, compliance and talent and provides administrative assistance where necessary.


    • Assist in the launch and monitoring of annual performance management processes; participate in drafting communications, sending reminders, and managing the supporting technology.
    • Maintain documents and reports in support of compensation planning and strategy
    • Prepare and execute documents in support of promotions, transfers or other personnel changes
    • Learn and deliver new hire orientation sessions as needed
    • Provide support to internal clients; escalate concerns and questions of management or guidance, items of risk and compliance, or sensitive information as needed
    • Develop basic understanding of employee benefits, payroll and recruiting processes
    • Coordinate and execute off-boarding process for all exiting associates including document creation and collection, workflow management and data collection.
    • Assist in the drafting of company-wide communication on a variety of HR topics
    • Manage HRBP calendar of events and collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment
    • Support and execute HR projects as assigned
    • Provide administrative support and reporting to Department Sr. Vice President as needed


    • Bachelor’s degree in business or social field of study, HR emphasis preferred
    • PHR certification or desire to obtain
    • 1-2 years’ experience working within Human Resources or a closely related field
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
    • Effective oral, written and phone communication skills
    • Desire to work collaboratively within a team and provide mentoring and training to others
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; exposure to HRIS systems
    • Ability to multi-task, organize effectively completing projects and tasks timely
    • Experience in a professional office environment providing a high level of client service to individuals at all levels of an organization
