    Bicknell Family Holding Company (“BFHC”) is a rapidly growing family office that focuses on wealth and asset management through passive and active investing.  We are seeking positive, energetic candidates with a client-first mentality, who is looking for a full-time and flexible position as an Administrative Assitant in our Overland Park, Kansas office. The Administrative Assistant will perform daily accounting and administrative functions for multiple entities.  To be successful in this role, a candidate will have a strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and will be highly organized. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a firm that recognizes high performers.


    • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for multiple entities
    • Coordination of invoice collections and scanning to proper directories
    • Expense Reimbursement reconciliation and entry
    • Check Writing for multiple entities
    • Maintenance of general ledger, including recording journal entries and downloading credit card transactions for multiple entities
    • Assist with 1099 reporting for multiple entities
    • Administrative duties including processing mail, running errands, event planning and meeting scheduling
    • Other general projects as assigned


    • At least 1 year experience in the above listed responsibilities, preferred
    • 4-year college degree, preferred
    • Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Experience with Great Plains or QuickBooks a plus
    • Team-oriented personality with the ability to take direction from various leaders
