    As a result of significant growth, we are hiring an Associate Wealth Advisor to join our New York City office.   The Wealth Advisor will assist the Senior Wealth Advisor to provide tax planning and comprehensive wealth management advice to clients. 


    • Review personal, Fiduciary, S-Corporation, partnership, private foundation, and gift tax returns 
    • Review quarterly and annual income tax projections, estimated tax vouchers, extension forms and all related work papers
    • Service clients as it relates to planning, projects and compliance requirements
    • Support efforts to retain and build client relationships
    • Assist Senior Advisors in providing comprehensive wealth management and financial planning advice to clients
    • Review financial records such as income statements and balance sheets, etc.


    • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in accounting/finance or taxation
    • 4-6 years’ experience in private client service tax preferred
    • Excellent client service orientation; strong personal and work ethics
    • Reliable to the confidentiality of client matters
    • Creative problem solving, research skills
    • Able to manage conflicting priorities, deadline-based tasks and simultaneous projects
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel
    • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal writing/verbal skills
    • Detail oriented, excellent organizational and analytical skills
    • High degree of client service to both internal and external customers
    • Self-starter, highly motivated to personal growth and development
    • Ability to work in a team while maintaining a high level of responsibility and accountability to individual projects and tasks
