    We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst - Data Integrity in the Overland Park, Kansas office to provide exceptional service and support to our internal teams.  This is a chance to join an operations team that is growing quickly, giving associates significant opportunity for growth.  People that are successful in this role have high expectations for themselves, and enjoy taking on projects and working with internal clients to complete them.

    Responsibilities

    • This Operations Analyst will be the department’s data integrity specialist. They will work with all aspects of account data from multiple offices utilizing different portfolio systems and CRMs.
    • The associate will be responsible for capturing data, analyzing data, creating quality checks on the data to ensure accuracy, and researching any outliers as a result of those quality checks.
    • They will work with members of the Operations team as well as other departments and internal clients of Mariner on both recurring projects and new requests that involve pulling data for reports or migration to another system.
    • They will be client service focused - responding to emails and phone calls, maintaining open lines of communication for their project statuses and helping resolve any data discrepancies.
    • This associate will also be the primary contact for one of our internal clients, assisting in a daily reconciliation process for their accounts, with monthly adhoc reporting requests including performance and composite analytics.

    Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for computer systems and enjoy working with large volumes of data.
    • The Operations team prides itself on always trying to find a better way, and the candidate will enjoy challenging the status quo, owning their projects and embracing change.
    • Must be curious by nature, always asking why, and seeking to understand the background of what they are doing.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree. Experience with Visual Basic, SQL, or similar work experience a plus.
