    We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst in the Overland Park, Kansas office to provide exceptional service and support to our internal teams.  This is a chance to join an operations team that is growing quickly, giving associates significant opportunity for growth.  People that are successful in this role have high expectations for themselves, and enjoy taking on projects and working with internal clients to complete them.


    • The Operations Analyst will have a primary focus on reconciliation of multiple data points as part of the conversion of new firms and new system integrations; including extracting data from existing systems, interpreting the data and loading to new system.
    • Provide highest level of customer service when working with internal clients on account reconciliation, cases submitted, and other requests that may arise. Be the primary point of contact on the team for select business processes.
    • Analyst will learn automation and scripting techniques used by the department to improve efficiency, such as Salesforce Process Composer and Alteryx.
    • Will work closely with Operations Manager for project assignments and priority based on deadline or client need. Must be accountable for reaching designated project milestones and project completion with or without direct supervision.


    • Bachelor’s degree. Recent grads welcome!
    • Individual must embrace change and have a desire to learn, while being centered on a client’s first mentality.
    • Strong aptitude for computer systems, interest in learning to leverage technology for process improvement and enjoy working with large volumes of data.
    • Must be curious by nature, always asking why, and seeking to understand the background of what they are doing.
