    We are seeking Senior Wealth Advisors in Farmington, MI. The Senior Wealth Advisor will utilize the firm’s resources to provide comprehensive wealth management advice to clients. Relying on financial planning knowledge, this position will drive the creation of financial plans and investment solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead activities to provide the following for client relationships: 
      • Comprehensive wealth planning that is customized to clients’ needs
      • Proactive communication and impeccable level of client service
      • Ongoing advice and consultation with clients to earn and maintain confidence as trusted advisor
    • Bear ultimate responsibility for client relationships and their retention
    • Build and maintain professional networks to foster new client development
    • Build and drive growth in partnership with Mariner’s Business Development and Marketing teams
    • Lead your team of advisors and client service associates

    Qualifications

    • 5-10 years of experience in financial planning/holistic wealth management
    • Must be a current practitioner with current or previous leadership experience
    • Bachelor’s degree (prefer finance or related field); Master’s degree is preferred
    • CFP or CFA designation strongly preferred
    • Experience with high net worth clients
    • Strong management and organization skills
    • A positive attitude and high energy level
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
    • Demonstrated strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, relationship management, and written and verbal communication skills
