As a result of significant growth, we are hiring a Wealth Advisor to join our office in Denver, Colorado.   The Wealth Advisor will assist the Senior Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive wealth management advice to clients. Relying on financial planning knowledge, the Wealth Advisor will assist in the creation of financial plans and investment proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customized comprehensive financial plans and portfolios
  • Assist Senior Wealth Manager to provide comprehensive wealth management advice to high net worth clients
  • Work with other departments to ensure accuracy of client information
  • Assist in retaining and building client relationships

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of prior experience working in a financial planning, accounting, law firm, or other organization that provided relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (degrees in finance or related field are a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management including fee-based consulting, mutual funds, money manager programs, insurance, annuities, and financial planning
  • Previous experience with high net worth or ultra high net worth clients/families is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and high energy level
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Demonstrated presentation, analytical, interpersonal, relationship management, written, and verbal skills
  • Additional education and credentials are a plus, such as MBA, CPA, and work towards, or completion of, the CFA or CFP designation
